B.E.L.T. Sandwich



A classic breakfast sandwich with fried eggs, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes between two pieces of toasted bread.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy

Remove and drain on paper towels

In the same skillet, fry eggs to desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper

Toast bread slices until golden brown

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice

Layer lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, and fried eggs on half of the bread slices

Top with the remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down, to form sandwiches

Cut sandwiches in half diagonally and serve
