Ingredients:
- 6 slices of bacon
- 6 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh chives for garnish optional
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
Take a slice of bacon and line each muffin cup with it, forming a ring around the edges
Crack one egg into each bacon-lined muffin cup
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny adjust cooking time based on your preferred egg doneness
Carefully remove the bacon-egg bites from the muffin tin using a spoon or fork
Garnish with chopped chives if desired
