Yummy Turkey Burgers



These Yummy Turkey Burgers are a healthier alternative to traditional beef burgers. They are flavorful, juicy, and perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for topping

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

Mix the ingredients until well combined

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties

Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil

Cook the turkey burger patties for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden-brown crust

While the burgers are cooking, toast the whole wheat burger buns on the grill or in a toaster

Once the turkey burgers are done, assemble your burgers with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments
